The Hoffman Agency Scholarship
The Hoffman Agency Scholarship will cover tuition and fees for a California Community College student who transfers to attending an HBCU to study communications or a related field (English, Public Relations, or Journalism).
The scholarship will cover the recipient’s junior and senior year at an HBCU, two years.

Ivie Frances Wickam Scholarship
The Ivie Frances Wickam Scholarship Trust is providing scholarships for students. The Center for Scholarship Administration, Inc. (CSA), a non-profit, independent organization is the facilitator of the scholarship fund.
Applicants Must:
• Be graduates of Escondido High School or Palomar College.
• Be female.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Plan to attend full-time an accredited college, university, or technical college located in the United States.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
• Preference given to applicants expressing an interest in the arts and/or education.

Palomar College Scholarship Program
Palomar’s Annual Scholarship Application is open from May to August.
