Ethnic Studies Family and Friends in collaboration with
Mesa Rim North City (rock climbing gym)
This event is free and open to all of our students, family, and friends. It was organized with the intention to invite all our students in American Indian Studies, Chicano Studies, Black Studies, and Asian American Studies, along with the general campus.
Chicana Crochet, a Chicano Studies club advised by Dr. Angélica M. Yañez will be teaching folx how to crochet at the gym and free materials will be provided.
Parking: Please keep in mind that parking can be hectic. You can park on Industrial Street, or in the parking structure. The gym will validate your ticket for up to four hours. Here are the details on how to access the parking
structure.
Food: S Taco Loco will be there from 12-4 PM
Raffle: All proceeds from the raffle will go toward an Ethnic Studies scholarship!
