I'm Ana, I deeply care to remind people they are not alone in their struggles. I also hold a strong belief that we all come from different backgrounds and have different stories that make each of us unique. It means a lot to be of support to students in the Dreamer Success Program where I can place focus on their strengths and support their mental health and well-being. I specialize in helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with people across all life spans. I completed a Master's in Social Work from San Diego State University.
