The mission of the Escondido Center is to support all aspects of the Palomar College mission, with the additional goal of increasing access and service for the Escondido Center community and students who are traditionally underrepresented in higher education. To do this, the Center provides all services bilingually in Spanish and English, supports programs designed to increase participation and success rates of underserved populations, and cultivates productive collaborations with local government, educational and community organizations.
