The Dreamer Success Program is excited to partner with the San Diego & Imperial Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to host an empowering workshop focused on providing aspiring small business owners with the steps necessary to open their own business, including various website links and guidance on required registrations. The training will also cover how individuals can use an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) to start and operate their business. Upon completion of this training and the steps provided, you will have the knowledge and tools to be officially open for business.
What to Expect:
This session will introduce the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and showcase local opportunities to launch your own business. More than just business ownership, entrepreneurship offers undocumented students a powerful and innovative way to explore career development while navigating systemic barriers. This workshop offers valuable insights into how entrepreneurship can be a tool for equity and long-term professional success!
