The PSO teams up with the Palomar Choirs and local groups to present Carl Orff’s masterwork “Carmina Burana” and Ralph Vaughn Williams’ “Five Mystical Songs” in a concert that will reveal music’s power to explore life’s unknowable mysteries.
Join us for an evening of Cuban Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and informal performances by Agogo, the Afro-Cuban and Brazilian Drum and Dance Ensemble and World Drum and Dance Students. Invited choirs from around north county will perform in a festival setting in the Brubeck Theater at Palomar College. Dr. John Russell (Palomar College Director of Choral and Vocal Studies) will be joined by Dr. Christopher Gravis who will present clinics for each performing ensembles in this first annual event.
