Arthur Golden currently teaches Music Appreciation, Classical Guitar, and a variety of guitar styles at Palomar College and Miramar College. He also teaches privately at his residence in Escondido, California.
At age 18, Arthur developed a passion for classical guitar, studying with two of the famed Romero family, Celin and Pepe. He went on to earn a Master’s degree in music/guitar performance from San Diego State University. Inspired by the blues, folk, country and ragtime of his Alabama upbringing and his classical training, Arthur has taken his fingerstyle music to concert stages throughout the United States and Mexico.
Through his love of performing and teaching, he hopes his music will enrich people’s lives.
