Three wins out of three last week for Southern California’s No. 2 ranked Palomar Comets. On Tuesday the team traveled to San Diego City College’s Morely Field where Niko Holm’s 6th inning RBI proved to be the difference between the two clubs. It was the pitching of Palomar’s Tyler Russell and SDCC’s Christian Broussard that took center stage on the day as the duo dueled over 7+ innings, each only giving up 3 hits.
