Request a Reservation

Thank you for your interest in making a reservation for your group.
Please do not make a reservation if you are not able to follow through with your request. We have many groups that are interested in visiting the planetarium and once a date & time is reserved it is no longer available to others. If you then cancel your reservation, it is a loss of an opportunity for the other groups AND a loss of revenue for the Planetarium which makes it harder to keep our doors open to the public.
Keep in mind that there is a $60 cancellation fee for groups who cancel within 14 days of their reservation date.
If you are someone who is not authorized to request a field trip on behalf of your group/school we advise you to get full permission BEFORE you request a date.
