NOTE: The Planetarium will be CLOSED on Friday 2/14 for Presidents Day Weekend. We will re-open on Friday, February 21st. We hope to see you then!
The Palomar College Planetarium is open to the public on Friday evenings. After the show guests are invited to join us on the planetarium patio for free viewing through our telescopes (weather permitting).
Important Notes!
- Shows often sell out ahead of time. We recommend that you purchase your tickets online so you are not disappointed.
- Each show is sold separately. You may purchase tickets for one or both shows.
- The shows start on schedule - DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS, LATE SEATING IS NOT ALLOWED! (NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVAL)
- Seating is not assigned and is open to first come, first served. Arrive early to get the seats you want.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the planetarium theater.
- Due to the darkened environment and safety concerns, children under the age of 5 years old ARE NOT ALLOWED in the Planetarium shows.
- All Planetarium shows are indoors and are unaffected by bad weather. The shows go on as planned - rain or shine!
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds are given for late arrivals or no-shows.
