  • Make sure you purchase tickets for the correct date. If you arrive with tickets for the wrong date, we cannot guarantee that we can honor your tickets.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Refunds or exchanges will not be made for late arrivals or no-shows.
  • We operate under a ticketless system for online purchases.  Bring your receipt with you, and when you arrive you can proceed directly into the planetarium where we will check your name and receipt at the podium next to the theater entrance.
  • Your credit card/bank statement might list the online purchase as ‘PALOMAR ETV’.
  • LATE SEATING IS NOT ALLOWED! Please arrive before the show begins so you can get your seats.  Once the show begins, the theater is very dark and entry is not permitted (this is the rule set by the Fire Marshall).
  • DO NOT USE GOOGLE TO FIND THE PLANETARIUM (IT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE WRONG PLACE).
  • Use THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND MAP to find the planetarium. Parking is FREE only in LOT 5.
