- All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be made for late arrivals or no-shows.
- Make sure you purchase tickets for the correct date.
- LATE SEATING IS NOT ALLOWED! Please arrive before the show begins so you can get your seats. Once the show begins, the theater is very dark and it is unsafe for late seating.
- Your credit card/bank statement will list the online purchase as ‘PALOMAR ETV’.
- Parking is FREE only in LOT 5. If you are not familiar with the campus CLICK HERE for a map and parking instructions.
- We operate under a ticketless system for online purchases. Bring your receipt with you, and when you arrive you can proceed directly into the planetarium where we will check your name and receipt at the podium next to the theater entrance.
