English is an extremely difficult language to learn, especially for non native English speakers.
This is why Palomar College is going to have English placement testing beginning on Nov. 17 where students, who’s native language is not English, can schedule an appointment for ESL testing to see that they qualify for ESL classes next semester.
ESL classes will begin on Jan. 12 next semester on Monday’s through Thursday’s.
