A Look Into the Inter-Club Council

SAN MARCOS –

The Palomar College Inter-club council is a student run group that meets every other Thursday via Zoom.

Inter-Club Council meetings are held from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom and the link to join can be found on Palomar’s website.

The council aims to collaborate with a member from each Palomar club to plan, share, and network to create events and activities.

Some of these clubs include the Animal Rights Club, the Mental Health Club, the Chess Club, and a dozen more.

During each bi-weekly zoom meeting an agenda is followed and members of the public are free to voice concerns to the council regarding issues they feel need to be addressed.

The previous meeting discussed plans for a virtual club rush and members of the ICC began discussing events for the Spring 2021 semester.

Currently the position of vice president and secretary of the club are vacant and will be decided upon by club representatives later this year.

Their next meeting is on Feb. 18.
