  • Hoop it Up! – Bring your game and win free lunch! Sign up in a bracket of 5 students, shoot free throws for 1 minute each (5 minute brackets) and top score wins free lunch! Hosted by the Office of Student Affairs. – 11am, SU Quad
  • Blood Drive Sign Ups – Did you know that one donation can help save the lives of up to three people? More than 41,000 blood donations are needed every day. The American Red Cross will be at Escondido Center on Thursday, April 23rd and at the San Marcos campus the week of April 27th-May 1st. Please stop by the SU-Quad 11am-1pm this week to sign up with the Fire Club or call the Health Services Center. – 8am, Health Services Center

  • M2BC&G Project “P” – Looking for some volunteer hours? Join us as we clean up and rejuvenate our iconic “P” landmark on Owen’s Peak.   • ESL WORKSHOP: Pronunciation of American English 2 – This workshop is FREE. This workshop will be a continuation of the first workshop held last semester. We will talk about and practice stress at the word level and sentence level so that you may have a better understanding of how the English language should sound. You will have practice with different approaches to improve your pronunciation. There will be time to ask questions as needed. You do not need to have attended the prior workshop, and all levels are welcome. If you enjoyed the last Pronunciation Workshop, you will also enjoy this one. Be prepared to take notes, have fun and learn some key pointers for speaking American English. – 11am, H-118 (ESL Computer Lab)
