Getting Started With Monsido

From the developer, “Web Accessibility: Audit your site’s accessibility status and fix WCAG 2.1 and ADA issues with our web accessibility testing tool. Content Quality Assurance: Improve your website user experience by identifying and fixing common errors like broken links, outdated content, and typos.”

  1. Initiate a support request with ATRC Help.
    1. The subject line should read, “Monsido Group Creation and Access Request”.
    2. For the Monsido group request, please list all URL(s) in the description area of the new ticket.
    3. For the user add request, please provide the name and email address of each person you wish to add to the new Monsido group. Note that the email of the individual(s) must be a “palomar.edu” address.
  1. While you wait, here are some things you can do:
    1. Add the Monsido Browser Extension to your preferred browser.
      1. If this process fails for any reason, initiate a support ticket with I.S.
    2. Review these Monsido knowledgebase articles:
      1. Broken Links
      2. Potential Misspellings
    3. Book a training appointment with ATRC staff to learn how to:
      1. Navigate the Monsido interface.
      2. Locate the accessibility tools.
      3. Locate the quality assurance tools.
      4. Utilize the Browser Extension to review individual pages on your site.
