- Mexico City and surrounding cities and towns, including Otumba and San Juan Teotihuacan, from 1976 to 1986.
- Buenos Aires and La Plata, Argentina and the Rio de la Plata region, including the Banda Oriental, Colonia del Sacramento, and Montevideo, in Uruguay, from 1979 to 1981, and again in 1989.
- Washington, DC and New York City, multiple times, 1983 to 1985.
- Seattle, Washington and the Puget Sound region, from 1985 to 1995.
