Summer courses are an efficient and smart way to save time and money on your college education!

Palomar College has organized course offerings this summer with flexible start dates to fit students’ busy schedules. Students interested in completing a general education requirement, exploring a new interest or improving specific skills, will find hundreds of classes starting on June 11 – and two new centers opening to serve the Fallbrook and Rancho Bernardo and surrounding communities! Additional classes are starting on June 25, as well as on multiple dates in July, and there are even some short-term offerings in August.

Summer classes are scheduled in traditional classroom formats at the Palomar College San Marcos campus, the Escondido Education Center, the South Education Center in Rancho Bernardo, the North Education Center in Fallbrook and at Camp Pendleton, Pauma, and at Fallbrook and Ramona High Schools. In addition, a number of online classes are available.

A wide variety of classes are available including Cultural Anthropology, Chemistry, Physiology, and General Biology at the South Education Center; Principles of Astronomy, Child Growth and Development, and General Organic/Biochemistry at the North Education Center; Chemistry Calculations, Introduction to Business, General Biology at the San Marcos campus; and Art of the Cinema, U.S. History/Chicano Perspective I, and English Composition at the Escondido Education Center.
