Submit the form to your instructor for signature verifying your need for tutoring. Once you have the instructor\u2019s signature submit the\u00a0completed form to the Veterans Resource Center (VRC) for approval.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #000000\"><strong><span class=\"auto-style1\"><a style=\"color: #000000;text-decoration: underline\" title=\"Semester Certification Request\" href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/veterans\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2025\/05\/VRC-Certification-Request.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Certification Request:<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em> Students must complete this form each semester and turn it into the VRC.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a style=\"color: blue;text-decoration: underline\" title=\"Add\/Drop Class\" href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/veterans\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2025\/05\/VRC-VA-Certification-Add-Drop.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"auto-style1\" style=\"color: #000000;text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Add\/Drop Form:<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong><em> Used by students to inform the VRC that they dropped or added classes to their current certification.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><a style=\"color: blue;text-decoration: underline\" title=\"Evaluation Request\" href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/veterans\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2025\/05\/VRC-Evaluation-Request.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"auto-style1\" style=\"color: #000000;text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Evaluation Request:<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span><em> Request form for the school to process an evaluation request on student's transcripts and current major(s).
