If either parent has obtained an Associates degree, you are still eligible as a First-Generation college student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered with Palomar&#8217;s Disability Resource Center (DRC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet the income eligibility based on Federal TRIO Guidelines (<a style=\"font-size: inherit;background-color: #fefefe\" href=\"https:\/\/www2.ed.gov\/about\/offices\/list\/ope\/trio\/incomelevels.html\">Income Guidelines)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enrolled in 12 units or more, unless you are a part of the Disability Resource Center at Palomar College (9 units).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not registered with Palomar College&#8217;s EOPS program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate academic need as determined by the TRIO SSS program director.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have the desire to earn a certificate, associates degree, or transfer to a 4-year university. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interested in Applying?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/r\/VpKqu94BaE\">Apply Here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After you submit the interest form, you will contacted by a TRIO SSS staff member within 3-5 business days. The students who meet eligibility requirements for the program will receive the application.
