The training will provide students with important information on recognizing, preventing, and responding to sexual harassment and other Title IX issues.\u00a0 Participation is vital, as it equips students with the tools needed to contribute to a safer campus environment for themselves and others.<\/p>\n<p>Students may access the training by logging into the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.palomar.edu\/psp\/palc9prd\/?cmd=login\">MyPalomar Dashboard<\/a> and looking under \u201cHolds &amp; Notifications\u201d which is also accessible under \u201cMy Information\u201d on the left navigation.\u00a0 Students who have already completed a Title IX training in the past 12 months at another institution of Higher Education, will have the option to self-certify that they have done so.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/titleix\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/71\/2024\/11\/Title-IX-FAQs.pdf\">Title IX FAQ&#8217;s for Students<\/a><\/p>\n<h6><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Trainings_for_Title_IX_Personnel\"><\/span><strong>Trainings for Title IX Personnel<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>The District&#8217;s Title IX Coordinators, investigators, hearing officers, decision-makers, and those who conduct informal resolution processes participate in Title IX trainings regularly.\u00a0 These trainings build upon current knowledge of the law and its practical application to Title IX resolution and investigation processes to ensure that fair and objective processes are followed for each party.\u00a0 Materials for these trainings are provided below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/titleix\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/71\/2023\/09\/August-Open-Training-Trauma-Informed-Investigations-Training-1.pdf\"> Trauma Informed Investigations Training<\/a> &#8211;
