If the size of the department or other circumstances do not facilitate such an appointment, a permanent faculty member from a related discipline will be appointed.&nbsp;<\/li><li>One (1) permanent faculty member from another department recommended by the TERB Coordinator and approved by the Vice President responsible for the faculty member.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ECELS Evaluation Committee (EC) Membership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An Evaluation Committee (EC) will be established for each probationary (contract) ECELS Teacher to include the following four (4) academic employees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ECELS Coordinator (Committee Chair)<\/li><li>ECELS Liaison or designee<\/li><li>An ECELS Teacher<\/li><li>The Dean who oversees the ECELS<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All faculty members on an EC must be tenured or have permanent status.
