Gallery: Palomar’s Day of the Dead Celebration

Palomar’s Multicultural Studies Department hosted a joint celebratory event for its 25th annual Day of the Dead celebration and Meso American Indigenous Heritage Day on Nov. 5 at the lawns near the Clock Tower. The event featured traditional cultural art like altars, known as ‘ofrendas’ in Spanish, Aztec dancing, cutural food, face painting, and colorful Aztec wardrobe.
