Guided by its mission, <strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"553\">T<\/strong>ogether <strong>E<\/strong>valuating<strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"553\">, A<\/strong>ssessing<strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"553\">, <\/strong>and <strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"553\">M<\/strong>anaging <strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"553\">L<\/strong>ife<strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"553\"> I<\/strong>mprovements<strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"553\"> f<\/strong>or<strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"553\"> E<\/strong>mployees, the group consistently offered accessible, inclusive, and engaging wellness opportunities. Physical Health &amp; Fitness Engagement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>TEAM LIFE created regular opportunities for employees to stay active through a wide range of fitness programs, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Walking the track<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"853\">Open swim<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"868\">Jazzercise<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"882\">Boot camp<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"915\">Gentle and intermediate yoga<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"956\">Wellness Fitness Center orientations<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1016\">Training programs for the Carlsbad 5K and Half Marathon<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These offerings supported varying fitness levels and schedules, making physical activity more approachable and sustainable for employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Preventive Health &amp; Wellness Screenings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To encourage early detection and informed health choices, TEAM LIFE organized free biometric health screenings, helping employees better understand key health indicators and take proactive steps toward wellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Nutrition &amp; Lifestyle Education<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The committee emphasized practical, real-world wellness education through Wellness Wednesday workshops, covering topics such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1631\">Eating healthy on a budget<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1687\">Making better choices at fast food and coffee shops<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1725\">Dining out while eating healthier<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1768\">Avoiding workplace-related weight gain<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These sessions helped employees develop sustainable habits without judgment or unrealistic expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Community Building Through Team Challenges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>TEAM LIFE used friendly competition and shared goals to strengthen workplace connections, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p data-start=\"2034\" data-end=\"2051\">Step challenges<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-start=\"2054\" data-end=\"2082\">Biggest Loser competitions<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2142\">Group participation in the Grape Day 5K and Carlsbad 5K<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These activities promoted accountability, morale, and a sense of belonging\u2014key ingredients for long-term wellness success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
