This Fall for 10-weeks we will be offering several exercise activities. Please check back often as we may be able to add more!
- Tuesday and Thursday 12:30-1:30pm Jazzercise in room G-8
- Wednesday 7-8am Circuit Training with Lacey & Kelly in room G-8
- Or just get moving more throughout the entire day by joining the 10,000 steps/day challenge and get a free pedometer!
