The Hoffman Agency HBCU Scholarship will cover tuition and fees for a California Community College student who transfers to an HBCU to study communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The scholarship will cover the recipient\u2019s junior and senior year at an HBCU, two years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Be female.
\u2022 Demonstrate financial need.
\u2022 Plan to attend full-time an accredited college, university, or technical college located in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
