In order to participate in Commencement, all prospective graduates must submit a Petition to Graduate. The Office of Student Life and Leadership receives an approved list of graduates from the Office of Evaluations and Records around mid-April. Approved graduates will receive an invitation to register for the ceremony and reserve guest tickets through their Palomar student email address.<\/p>\n

If you are unsure, we recommend you meet with a counselor<\/a>\u00a0first to verify when you will complete all of your academic requirements. Once you enroll in your last course(s) to\u00a0satisfy\u00a0your associate\u00a0degree and\/or certificate requirements, you should\u00a0submit a\u00a0petition for graduation<\/a>\u00a0to the Evaluations and Records office. You can submit a petition for graduation by\u00a0email<\/a>, by fax (760) 744-2932, or in-person to the Evaluations and Records office<\/p>\n
