AI isn\u2019t just answering questions anymore\u2014it\u2019s taking action. This lecture introduces agentic AI: systems that can plan, reason, use tools, and execute multi-step tasks autonomously. As a college student, you\u2019re entering a world where AI assistants won\u2019t just help you brainstorm\u2014they\u2019ll research, draft, and build alongside you. We\u2019ll explore what makes agentic AI different from traditional chatbots, covering tool use, reasoning loops, and human-AI collaboration. You\u2019ll learn to think critically about both their capabilities and limitations. The session features a live demo of OpenClaw, showing agentic AI tackling real tasks from research to document creation. See what\u2019s possible today\u2014and what questions you should be asking. No prior AI experience required. You\u2019ll leave with practical insight into how to ride this wave rather than get swept up by it.<\/p>\n
