Skillshop: The Mindful Space
December 7, 2021 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
An event every month that begins at 10:30 am on day First of the month, repeating until December 7, 2021

The Mindful Space’s purpose is to encourage our student’s overall well-being and to encourage the practice of mindfulness. We believe that while learning about wellness is important, engaging in and practicing yields true benefits. At these Skillshops, students will learn various breathing techniques, different types of meditations, and key concepts including mindfulness, cultivating self-awareness, compassion and much more.
– The first half will feature education/discussion on the topic of that day.
– The second half will be engaged in a meditation practice.
The Mindful Space Skillshops are interactive and welcome everyone of all levels to join. See you there!
All Skillshops will be via Zoom and require registration. Click here to register for this Skillshop.
