Check Your Mood Day
October 10, 2019 @ 4:00 am - 7:00 am PDT

Good mental health starts with you. How are you feeling?
Check Your Mood Day is an annual event to engage and encourage San Diegans to assess and monitor their emotional well-being.
Getting screened for depression is an important part of healthcare checkups, much like getting your blood pressure checked or being screened for heart disease or diabetes. Check Your Mood screenings are not diagnostic tools; however, they are a quick, easy and anonymous opportunity to find mental health assistance, resources and referrals.
SAVE THE DATE| Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 11am to 2pm at Palomar College you can:
- Take a FREE and anonymous Check Your Mood screening
- Get informed of mental health resources available in San Diego County and at Palomar College
- Learn more about depression and other types of mental illnesses
Check Your Mood Day is an annual event to engage and encourage San Diegans to assess and monitor their emotional well-being. Be a part of the conversation #StigmaFreeSD
