It will be located immediately adjacent to the existing campus modular buildings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delivery Method:<\/strong> Construction Manager At-Risk (CM @ Risk)<br \/><strong>Project Cost: <\/strong>$53,557,259.00 (per GMP)<br \/><strong>Construction Start Date:<\/strong> January 2025 (NTP)<br \/><strong>Completion Date: <\/strong>July 2027<br \/><strong>Occupy Date:<\/strong> January 2027<br \/><strong>Bond Series:<\/strong> C\/D<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope\/Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">The\u00a0<b>Fallbrook Education Center<\/b>\u00a0is the first permanent building constructed for the Fallbrook Center, complementing the existing interim village.
