{"id":43,"date":"2016-06-14T15:51:35","date_gmt":"2016-06-14T22:51:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/police\/?page_id=43"},"modified":"2017-03-16T18:50:58","modified_gmt":"2017-03-17T01:50:58","slug":"timely-warnings","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/police\/timely-warnings\/","title":{"rendered":"Timely Warnings"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Code of Federal Regulations 668.46(e)<\/h2>\n<p>In the event that a situation arises, either on or off campus, that in the judgment of the Chief of Police or his designee, constitutes an ongoing or continuing threat, a campus wide \u201cTimely Warning\u201d will be issued.\u00a0 The \u201cTimely Warning\u201d bulletins must be related to a crime that is reportable under the Clery Act or that represents a threat to the campus community, i.e. Murder, Manslaughter, Sex Offenses, Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Vehicle Theft, and Arson.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cTimely Warning\u201d bulletins will be emailed to the campus community, and posted on the Palomar College Police Department website.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information warranting a timely warning should report the circumstances to the\u00a0Palomar College\u00a0Police Department.
