Requesting a Report:<\/span><\/h1>\n

Please complete the Request for Report<\/a> form. Once the form is completed, you may either drop the form off at the PD building, fax it to 760-761-3533, mail it to our Police Department, or email it to policerecords@palomar.edu<\/a>\u00a0for processing. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.<\/p>\n

Background Checks: (must include release of information paperwork with request)<\/span><\/h1>\n

If you are requesting a background check on a previous employee or student, you may request this using one of the below methods:<\/p>\n

Email Request<\/span><\/p>\n

Please email your request to policerecords@palomar.edu<\/a>. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.<\/p>\n

Fax Request<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Please fax your request to 760-761-3533. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.<\/p>\n

Walk-ins<\/span><\/p>\n

We do the best we can to deliver timely inquiries but walk-ins are not guaranteed same day turn-around. If your request cannot be completed that day, you may leave your request and your preferred delivery of results.<\/p>\n

The Police Records Office is open from 8:00am – 3:00pm, Monday-Thursday.<\/p>\n
