Spring Parking Permits 2026<\/span><\/h2>\n

The 2026 spring student parking permits will be available for purchase through the MyPalomar student account starting December 1, 2025.

<\/b><\/b><\/b>Effective June 3, 2019, Parking Services will introduce a contactless parking digital system for purchasing parking permits on all Palomar College campuses.<\/p>\n

Palomar College has partnered with the Phoenix Group to offer students enhanced customer service with a 24-hour digital platform to purchase permits online. The system allows for up to 5 vehicles to be \u201cregistered\u201d to one student. The license plate number will act as the parking permit eliminating the need for a physical permit to be displayed in the vehicle. Students will no longer need to move a permit from one vehicle to another. However, students are only allowed to have one vehicle registered to them parked on campus at any time.<\/p>\n

To accommodate daily and hourly parking, Park Mobile will offer a mobile app to complete transactions and add \u201ctime\u201d to hourly permits.<\/p>\n

ParkMobile is a new feature to Palomar College digital parking system. ParkMobile will accommodate daily and hourly parking on all of Palomar College campuses. This will be the only system for daily and hourly parking at the Rancho Bernardo and Fallbrook Centers. At San Marcos and Escondido, students may still purchase a daily permit from the permit machines with cash or credit card. Users will be purchasing daily and hourly parking through the ParkMobile app. Once the app is open, the user will need insert a Zone Number. The Zone Number will identify which campus the user will be parking. Zone Number signage will be on displayed throughout the lots of each campus. ParkMobile Zone Numbers have been generated for each of the Palomar College campuses.<\/p>\n

In May of 2018, the Governing Board approved a semester parking rate increase to cover the cost of the enhanced system. The new fees are $46 for fall and spring semester permit, $34 for summer semester permit and $26 with a CCPG Waiver.<\/p>\n

A partir del 3 de junio de 2019, Parking Services presentar\u00e1 un sistema digital para la compra de permisos de estacionamiento en todos los centros de Palomar College.<\/p>\n

Palomar College se ha asociado con Phoenix Group para ofrecer a los estudiantes un mejor servicio al cliente con una plataforma digital de 24 horas para comprar permisos en l\u00ednea. El sistema permite que se registren hasta 5 veh\u00edculos por estudiante. El n\u00famero de placa de la licencia actuar\u00e1 como el permiso de estacionamiento, eliminando la necesidad de que se muestre un permiso f\u00edsico en el veh\u00edculo. Los estudiantes ya no necesitar\u00e1n mover su permiso de un veh\u00edculo a otro. Sin embargo, a los estudiantes solo se les permitir\u00e1 tener un veh\u00edculo registrado a su nombre estacionado en la escuela en cualquier momento.<\/p>\n

Para implementar el estacionamiento diario y por hora, Park Mobile ofrecer\u00e1 una aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil para completar transacciones y agregar \u201ctiempo\u201d a los permisos por hora. Este ser\u00e1 el \u00fanico sistema en los Centros Rancho Bernardo y Fallbrook. En San Marcos y Escondido, los estudiantes a\u00fan pueden comprar un permiso diario en efectivo o con tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito. Los parqu\u00edmetros tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n disponibles en los estacionamientos 1 y 2 en el centro de San Marcos.<\/p>\n

En mayo de 2018, la Junta de Gobierno aprob\u00f3 un aumento de la tarifa de estacionamiento por semestre para cubrir el costo del sistema mejorado. Las nuevas tarifas son de $46 por un permiso durante el semestre de oto\u00f1o y primavera, $34 por un permiso durante el semestre de verano y de $26 con una exenci\u00f3n de CCPG.
El personal ya obtiene permiso digital.
