The degree includes one required logic course, one introductory philosophy or ethics course, and additional courses selected from the lists below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Courses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Students must complete <strong>PHIL 116: Introduction to Logic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students must also complete <strong>one<\/strong> of the following courses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PHIL 111: Introduction to Philosophy<\/li>\n<li>PHIL 121: Introduction to Ethics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">List A: Select 1 Course<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Students select <strong>one<\/strong> course from the list below. A course already used to satisfy a requirement above may not be used again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PHIL 111: Introduction to Philosophy<\/li>\n<li>PHIL 121: Introduction to Ethics<\/li>\n<li>PHIL 140: History of Ancient Philosophy<\/li>\n<li>PHIL 141: History of Modern Philosophy<\/li>\n<li>PHIL 142: Contemporary Philosophical Movements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">List B: Select 2 Courses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Students select <strong>two<\/strong> additional courses. Courses already used to satisfy earlier requirements may not be used again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any course from List A not already used<\/li>\n<li>PHIL 122: Social and Political Philosophy<\/li>\n<li>PHIL 126: Philosophy of Religion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">List C: Select 1 Course<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Students select <strong>one<\/strong> additional course.
