In this case, pay date is the last working day prior to the 20th.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Absence Reports<\/h3>\n<p>All Adjunct and Overload faculty absences must be reported via email to <a href=\"mailto:payrolldepartment@palomar.edu\">payrolldepartment@palomar.edu<\/a> by the Department.<\/p>\n<h4>Sample Email Content :<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Adjunct Faculty Member&#8217;s Name:<\/strong> Last Name, First Name<br \/>\n<strong>Faculty Member&#8217;s EMPLID:<\/strong> 012345678<br \/>\n<strong>Class Number:<\/strong> 32168<br \/>\n<strong>Absence Date(s):<\/strong> 04\/01\/20XX<br \/>\n<strong>Total Hours Absent:<\/strong> 3 hrs.<br \/>\n<strong>Specific Reason for Absence:<\/strong> Write a reason<\/p>\n<p>If assistance is required from the Instruction Office or Division Office with posting the class, please telephone to ensure the class will be posted in time.
