He is co-founder and former Artistic Director of New Village Arts and a Resident Artist with Cygnet Theatre. He is a recipient of the San Diego Theatre Critics Circle Award for his work as an actor and as a director. He has been a faculty member at Palomar College, University of San Diego, and California State University San Marcos and is the founder of ActorsApproach, a weekly acting class.
