Palomar Performing Arts continues its 23/24 season with Spring Forward presented by Palomar Comet Concert Band.

Palomar Performing Arts will present Spring Forward directed by Heather Barclay. The Palomar Comet Concert Band invites the community to celebrate the arrival of spring and the promise of the future on Saturday, March 23, 2023, in the Howard Brubeck Theater at 7:00pm.

Join the Palomar Comet Concert Band on a musical journey that encapsulates the spirit of spring, embracing the joyous and effervescent compositions that symbolize the season’s renewal and the prospect of new beginnings. This performance will exude a sense of vibrancy and optimism, as the band leads the audience through an array of lively and upbeat compositions, creating an atmosphere that mirrors the longer, brighter days and the transformative beauty of the outside world.

Director Heather Barclay said, “Our concert encompasses many different styles of music from dances to marches and even some sailing songs. Come and hear the Palomar Comet Band perform amazing music from across the times and around the world in Palomar’s amazing Brubeck Theatre!”

Spring Forward promises to be an evening filled with vibrant and upbeat compositions that reflect the changing of the seasons. Parking is free in lots 1 & 15 for this performance. The Howard Brubeck Theater is located at 1140 W. Mission Road in San Marcos, CA 92069.
