\n The Palomar Board of Directors paid tribute to 3 retiring
\n Board members at a luncheon held at the Spaghetti
\n Factory in San Marcos on Thursday, Oct. 18. Dr. Omar
\n Scheidt, Jean Huston and James Clayton are all retiring
\n from the Board for health reasons. Both Omar Scheidt
\n and Jean Huston are charter members of PACRA and have
\n served on the Board since 1991. All 3 received an
\n engraved plaque as a tokenof appreciation for their long
\n and distinguished service to PACRA and its Board of
\n Directors<\/p>\n
