SAN MARCOS \u2013 Palomar College\u2019s semi-annual glass, pottery and art sale will take place Wednesday through Saturday, Nov. 28 \u2013 Dec. 1 at the College\u2019s San Marcos campus, 1140 W. Mission Road.\u00a0 The Opening Reception of the faculty exhibit, Ripe<\/i>, at the Boehm Gallery coincides with the first day of the sale.<\/p>\n
Featuring a variety of one-of-a-kind items, handmade by Palomar College students, the sale will be located in the courtyard outside the art department, near the Boehm Gallery. Sale hours are on Wednesday, noon \u2013 7 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.; and Saturday,
\n9 a.m. \u2013 2 p.m. The Opening Reception of the faculty exhibit at the Boehm Gallery will be on Wednesday, Nov. 28 from 1 \u2013 3 p.m. and 6 \u2013 8 p.m.<\/p>\n
Parking is available in Lots 1, 2 without a permit. Those who wish to park in other lots must obtain a one-day visitor\u2019s pass from Campus Police.<\/p>\n
The sale includes pottery, ceramic sculpture, blown glass, stained glass, fused and slumped glass, metalwork, jewelry, photography, woodwork and a variety of handmade gift items.<\/p>\n
Proceeds from the sale will benefit the College\u2019s art students and the department. Shoppers may pay with cash, checks or credit cards.<\/p>\n
