Palomar College Superintendent\/President Robert Deegan joined McNamara at the event along with Governing Board Vice President Rose Marie Dishman, Ph.D. College leaders representing the region\u2019s six community colleges, veterans, students and community members were welcomed by Mac McLaughlin, CEO and President of the USS Midway Museum. Cindy Miles, Ph.D., Chancellor of the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District served as moderator of the discussion. Speakers included Constance M.
