The Palomar College Community College District is seeking input from local residents during the initial stages of developing the 2035 Education and Facilities Vision Plan.  The 2035 Plan will establish the long-range collective vision and road map to meet the educational goals of Palomar students and support the workforce needs of the region.

“This is an exciting time for the District and we want to hear our community members, so that the 2035 Plan is as comprehensive as possible and a high-quality guide for our future,” said Palomar College Superintendent/President Dr. Star Rivera-Lacey.

The District wants to understand:

  • What does the ideal Palomar College look like in 2035?
  • How would you prioritize the regional educational and workforce needs?
  • How might these needs change over the coming years?
  • What factors should be considered as the college crafts the 2035 Education and Facilities Vision Plan?

To get local stakeholders and residents involved in this important process, the District is hosting several Vision Sessions between October 18 and November 17 via ZOOM.
