What:   Performing Arts Complex Grand Opening

When:  Friday, September 20, 2013 –  1:00 p.m.

Where: Palomar College, San Marcos Campus, 1140 West Mission Road, San Marcos 92069

The Grand Opening will be held at the Performing Arts Complex – visitors should enter the campus at the College’s front entrance and follow signs to the event. Parking is available in Lots # 1 & 2.
Why:  

To celebrate the Grand Opening of the Palomar College Performing Arts Complex. The project included a remodel of the Howard Brubeck Theatre (which was originally opened in 1979), and the addition of 12,081 square- feet of new space that includes a dance studio, offices, and a black box theatre.

How:

College officials and community dignitaries will congregate. College officials will commemorate the occasion; a ceremonial ribbon-cutting will take place. Tours of the facility will be available.

College officials, special guests and the public.

College officials, elected officials, and community dignitaries. There will be a ceremonial ribbon-cutting by the Palomar College Governing Board.
