The program is designed to identify and assist adult participants who want to enter, re-enter, continue, or enroll in a program of post-secondary education. NCEOC is dedicated to providing quality information, guidance, and services pertaining to education. Staff can assist individuals with exploring career paths and provide information regarding options for programs, majors, and schools.\u00a0<strong>FREE<\/strong>\u00a0assistance is available to individuals who meet the program criteria.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-9861-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget_sow-editor\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Who should apply?<\/h3>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>This program is designed for adults looking to further their education.
