Guidelines<\/h3>\n

To apply to the NCEOC program, all applicants must:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Be a citizen, national or permanent resident of the United States<\/li>\n
  • Be at\u00a0least<\/em>\u00a019 years of age<\/li>\n
  • Interested in enrolling in a high school diploma GED program, or in a program of post-secondary education.<\/li>\n
  • Be considered a low-income individual in conformity with the Federal TRiO Programs Low-income guidelines. (See chart below<\/em>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
