Chat With a Librarian <\/em><\/strong><\/a> is a live, online reference assistance chat service. Questions are answered by reference librarians participating in our worldwide network. This free service is easy to use and available 24 hours\/day, 7 days\/week! A microphone is not mandatory to use the chat service; as it is text-based. The service does allow for screen sharing if a student prefers that type of assistance and has a microphone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
