\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Coming in with their 4th album, is California\u2019s own progressive death metal Fallujah. Their album \u201cUndying Light\u201d comes out via Nuclear Blast Records on March 15. Not only is it their 4th album, but it is also their first with new singer Antonio Palermo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As soon as the opening track, \u201cGlass House\u201d started it reeled me in. And that is probably my favorite track off the album actually. The drumming on it sounds so killer. The drummer, Andrew Baird, is great throughout the whole album. I think that\u2019s what you need as a prog metal band though too, great musicians. I\u2019m not a huge fan on the singing, it\u2019s just not my style. I can respect it though, and Palermo actually sounds really well for what he does. A couple of the songs, especially \u201cDistant and Cold\u201d reminded me of the old Dragon Ball Z videos though, when they used music from Deftones and stuff.<\/p>\n

In the end I think the album sounds really well. It was put together great. Just me personally, I\u2019m not too into the singing to much, the music though sounds really good. I\u2019ve just never really been into that type of screaming.<\/p>\n
