by Donny Hathaway.\u00a0 His was a life that left us much too soon; I&#8217;m sure there was plenty more music he had to give us.\u00a0His iconic duets with Miss Roberta Flak stand alone as music created from the soul\u00a0and no mater how many times you hear their music, or how old you get, that same emotion you got the first time you heard them sing always comes back.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As it is wth &#8220;This Christmas.&#8221;\u00a0Many people have redone the song; some\u00a0tried to emulate Donny, and some put there own spin on it.\u00a0 However, Donny&#8217;s soulful rendition can never be duplicated and wish people would stop trying.\u00a0 This should be one song folks should just leave alone.\u00a0 It should also be on everyone&#8217;s Christmas playlist.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=YcuvlIgSj0Y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer-The Temptations<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YcuvlIgSj0Y?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>You ever hear people sing and think,\u00a0\u00a0&#8216;Damn, I could listen to them sing the telephone book!&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0I may be dating myself, but I loved watching the Rankin\/Bass Christmas movies.\u00a0 And honestly, after I heard this version of the\u00a0song, it gave their\u00a0 &#8220;Rudolph&#8221;\u00a0 movie a different meaning!\u00a0 Imagine Rudolph and his posse in bell bottoms and apple caps (look it up)\u00a0\u00a0And no matter what song The Temptations were singing, they always, ALWAYS had the dance moves to boot!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\">\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=7PENxEyyNro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus-The Jackson Five\u200b<\/a><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center;
