IRP&G Mission and Values<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mission<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Office of Institutional Research, Planning, and Grants (IRP&G) is dedicated to providing our campus community with information and decision-making support to advance the College\u2019s mission. IRP&G pursues institutional effectiveness through research, integrated planning, accreditation, internal and external reporting, and grants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Values<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In fulfilling its mission, the IRP&G office is guided by a set of core values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuous Improvement: <\/strong>IRP&G strives to provide value to the college community through responsive, respectful, and supportive collaboration with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Culture of Data Use:<\/strong>  IRP&G promotes the dissemination and use of data throughout the campus.  IR&P makes research and data tools accessible and salient, so that it may further discussions regarding learning, success, and other practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integrity: <\/strong>Integrity drives all the work of IRP&G, demanding quality and accountability.  The research office emphasizes accuracy, dependability, and timeliness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Equity: <\/strong>IRP&G is committed to equity and to providing research support necessary to ensure equity for Palomar students and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
