If you are using a language other than English on your device,&nbsp;you&nbsp;will need to add English\/United States [en-us]&nbsp;to your Browser Languages list. Please follow this navigation:\n<br>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your browser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on Internet Options (Edge)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on Languages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on Add and select English\/United States [en-us]\u00a0and click OK<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"367\" height=\"280\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-614\" src=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/internationalstudents\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/53\/2016\/06\/Language.gif\" alt=\"MS Edge Language Setting\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are getting an error message,\u00a0<strong>You have used this password before<\/strong>\u00a0and you have never signed in before, please email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:internationalstudents@palomar.edu\">internationalstudents@palomar.edu<\/a>\u00a0and let us know that you have received this message so we can have our Technical Department fix your record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you get a\u00a0<strong>blank screen<\/strong>\u00a0when trying to sign in to MyPalomar, your Internet browser Security or Privacy settings may be set too high to allow the pop-up screen with your account to display. In this event, open your browser, Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc and go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab and Accept Cookies. Go to Security tab and lower settings to allow the pop-up screen. Exit and then try to sign in again. See specific instructions by browser below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you receive a message that your\u00a0<strong>UserID or password do not match what is in the system<\/strong>,\u00a0then you are making a typing error when entering your login. If you cannot remember your password,\u00a0then you will need to change your password and try\u00a0to sign in again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you receive an error that you have\u00a0<strong>made too many attempts to sign in and your account is locked<\/strong>, call the International Student Office at 760-744-1150, ext 2167 or email the International Student Office at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:internationalstudents@palomar.edu\">internationalstudents@palomar.edu<\/a>.\u00a0Please include your Palomar ID in your email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Make Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you get a blank screen when you try to make a payment of your fees, this means that you must disable your pop-up blocker according to your browser and the device that you are using.
