{"id":147,"date":"2015-02-26T20:22:55","date_gmt":"2015-02-26T20:22:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/internationalstudents\/?page_id=147"},"modified":"2026-01-27T13:28:02","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T21:28:02","slug":"conditional-acceptance-toefl-waiver-program","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/internationalstudents\/conditional-acceptance-toefl-waiver-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Conditional Acceptance\/ TOEFL Waiver Program"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>International applicants to the Palomar College International Student Program are generally required to submit proof of English competency in the form of an official TOEFL test score report showing a minimum acceptable score.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In certain situations, called &#8220;Conditional Acceptance&#8221;, Palomar College issues a letter stating that the student has been accepted based upon their completion of certain requirements while attending specific language schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palomar also has agreements with certain language schools to waive the TOEFL requirement based upon successful completion of specific instruction levels.
